The purpose of the consultation is to select a project manager for the renovation, reorganization and partial redevelopment of the University La Borie restaurant.

As part of its mission of animating student living and study spaces, the Limoges CROUS wishes to renovate, reorganize and partially refurbish the La Borie university restaurant located on the science campus in Limoges in order to provide offer more suited to students in a modernized setting.

The content of the mission entrusted to the holder is broken down as follows:

- Diag,

- preliminary draft (APS),

- Final draft (APD) and establishment of administrative authorizations (Building Permit where applicable (CP)),

- project studies (PRO),

- execution study (EXE),

- synthesis study (Synt),

- assistance for the awarding of works contracts (ACT),

- Directorate for the execution of the works contract (DET),

- Assistance during reception operations (AOR) and Guarantee of perfect completion (GPA),

- Coordination Fire Safety System (SSI),

- Scheduling, control and coordination of site (OPC).
