A Residential Development of 210 dwellings occupying a 14 acre ‘development land parcel’ of the former site of RAF Brampton in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.

The development comprises 36 flats arranged in four three-storey blocks, and 174 houses which are predominantly two-storey semi-detached with a small number with two and a half storey's. The houses and flat blocks front a series of ‘estate’ roads fed by the main development access road, together with external and ancillary works in connection therewith.

131 of the 210 dwellings are to be affordable dwellings, of which 92 are for social rent and 39 are for shared ownership with the remaining 79 dwellings being for open market sale.

The development land parcel is being purchased by MHT as a cleared, remediated and fully serviced site, with main utility services, sewers and highway's infrastructure provided by the main Developer with the additional benefit of detailed Planning Approval.
