The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity in the period from 01.08.2022 to 31.12.2022 for the Purchase Group of the City of Ostrów Wielkopolski Municipality on the rules specified in the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716 as amended) and in implementing acts issued on the basis of it

1) The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity in the period from 01.08.2022 to 31.12.2022 r. for the Purchase Group of the City of Ostrów Wielkopolski Municipality on the rules specified in the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716 as amended) and in implementing acts issued on the basis of it.

2) The subject of the contract includes 158 PPE connected to the network of the distribution network operator DSO ENERGA-OPERATOR S.A. in a total amount of 158 units, for which the estimated 5-month volume of the ordered electricity is 846,191 MWh.

3) Most of the PPEs submitted to the proceedings have separated contracts: an indefinite distribution service contract concluded and timely sales contracts that will expire on 31.07.2022. This PPE group has already undergone the process of changing the seller. 3 PPE are currently at the stage of conclusion contracts for the provision of the distribution service for an indefinite period of time.

4) The Municipality of Ostrów Wielkopolski and the entities (recipients) specified in point 1 of the SWZ (Specification of Conditions of Order) shall enter into separate agreements resulting from the present proceedings.

5) Lists of units, facilities, PPE, wear, PPE numbers, meters and status of contracts - are included in Annex 9 to the SWZ.
