                        Provision of Urgent Dental Care Out of Hours Service for Weekday Evenings and Weekend and Bank Holiday for West Midlands
NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (NHS AGCSU) on behalf of NHS England — Midlands, referred to as the commissioners, is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver weekend and Bank Holiday and Weekday Evening Urgent Dental Care Out of Hours Services for West Midlands for Birmingham, Dudley, Worcester, Hereford, Coventry and Redditch.

Lot 1: Birmingham Weekends and Bank Holidays
Lot 1: Birmingham weekends and Bank Holidays has a contract period of 1.4.2020 to 28.2.2025 with a maximum contract value total of 890 428 GBP over the life of the contract.

Lot 2: Dudley Weekends and Bank Holidays
