Collection, transport and delivery of mail, inbox and PZU. It is assumed here that the bidders / consortia in the context of mail transport for partial services of the services of Deutsche Post AG in accordance with § 11 para. 1 i. V. m. § 28 para. 1 PostG serve. This is expressly permitted, but not mandatory. In contrast to the basic provisions of the contract documents of the client, the terms and conditions of Deutsche Post AG apply to these partial services. Upon conclusion of the contract, these partial service contracts must be submitted.
Subsidiaries iSd. § 181 ZPO are not subcontractors.
Expected start of contract: 1.10.2019
The mail items are to be franked by the contractor in its premises. The production and use of a cliché is also available.
