The client and the new contractor may agree on a new price, taking into account the additional and reduced costs resulting from a possible shortening or extension of the contract or a postponement of other contractual deadlines.

Before awarding the contract, the client will request an excerpt from the competition and, if applicable, an extract from the central trade register from the bidder intended for the award.
