The State Ministry of Baden-Württemberg is offering the support, maintenance and further development of a content management system for various websites of the state government, strategic advice on online communication for the state government, and a design refresh.
These include the state portal www.baden-wuerttemberg.de, the appearance of the state ministry stm.baden-wuerttemberg.de, the ministerial construction kit (various specialist ministries of the state of Baden-Württemberg) and the citizen participation platform www.beteiligungsportal-bw.de. This also includes the presentation of the content of the state government's social media channels in a privacy-compatible social wall.
The framework agreement includes the following services in the service period:
- Design refresh (flat rate)
- Update of the TYPO3 system from the currently used version LTS 8.7 to the current version of LTS version 11 at the time of implementation (flat rate)
- Integration of a data protection compliant map service (via geoportal BW or OSM) (flat rate + possible license fees and other ongoing costs)
- Integration of a powerful data protection-compliant search (flat-rate + possible license fees and other ongoing costs).
- Display the content of the state government's social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Mastodon, YouTube, LinkedIn) in a privacy-compliant social wall (flat rate + possible royalties and other running costs)
- Advice, communication and content design, hourly rate (per hour) (approx. 360 hours)
- Draft and conceptual graphics/graphic design, hourly rate (per hour) (approx. 240 hours)
- programming, hourly rate (per hour) (approx. 2,900 hours)
- project management, hourly rate (per hour) (approx. 660 hours)
- testing, hourly rate (per hour) (approx. 340 hours)
- Additional ongoing costs if applicable (e.g. additional license fees)
- Additional administrative costs, if applicable
- Costs for a development and/or staging system, if applicable
- If necessary, effort for familiarization with the existing system
Total estimated purchase quantity:
The client assumes that, on average, approximately 140 days (1 day equals 8 working hours) per year will be incurred for the items listed in point 5. This equates to a total of 4,500 hours.
The estimated total purchase quantity is the expected quantity to be procured by the customer.
Maximum purchase quantity:
6,500 hours
The maximum purchase quantity is the maximum quantity to be obtained from this contract. You are entitled to the delivery of the specified quantities, but at the most until the maximum purchase quantity has been reached, on the agreed terms.
When the maximum purchase quantity has been reached, the contractor is no longer obliged to accept call-offs from the outline agreement. Upon reaching the maximum purchase quantity, the client has the right to terminate the framework agreement without observing a deadline before reaching the contractually agreed term.
The aNs obligation to provide services in accordance with the contract for individual orders carried out during the contract period remains unaffected by the end of the contract.
