Integrated services in machining and small boilermaking as part of the maintenance of the units of the Golfech NPP for a 5-year period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2024.

In stop of slice:

- machining work in the workshop, in and out of the controlled zone, of mechanical parts during shutdown periods, whether for stoppages or TEM,

- machining and / or running in the installation using portable machines (SERCO, LARSLAP ...) during slice outages in and out of the controlled zone. Only the lapping following a machining or complex are the responsibility of the holder,

- boilermaking work in a workshop that does not require a welding license,

- making sheet joints and braids,

- maintenance of the machine tools provided and associated tools. This maintenance includes the cleaning, level checking, lubrication, emptying capacity filling (box oil and cutting fluids) according to the directive of the client. As such, if the contract holder considers that the machines present a risk for the workers, he will have to stop the activity and inform the EDF manager without delay,

- AT end inventory of accessories (tools, metrology, plates, ...).

Slice in Progress:

- machining work in the workshop, in and out of the controlled zone, of mechanical parts during the periods of TEM either for the account of the TEM or in preparation of the stops,

- design, manufacture, repair of specific tools

- making joints and braids,

- Maintenance of the machine tools provided and associated tools (1 st and 2 e level). This maintenance includes cleaning, level checking, lubrication, emptying capacity filling (box oil and cutting fluids) according to the order of the client. As such, if the contract holder considers that the machines present a risk for the workers, he will have to stop the activity and inform the EDF manager without delay,

- Regulatory monitoring of the grinding wheels, which mainly includes the control of the games, the screens, the dressing of the grinding wheels, the cleaning of the suction filters, the updating of the register and the possible replacement of the grinding wheels. This activity is subject to specific training of the worker and authorization from the employer,

- inventory, annual minimum, accessories (tools, metrology, pads, ...).

Machining:

- realization of various turning, milling, drilling, lapping, ...

- realization of threads with metric profiles and special profiles,

- assembly according to the tolerances of the plans and procedures provided,

- recovery of mechanical parts from different sets of boilers, valves, rotating machines according to plans and procedures provided by EDF,

- taken over seat stellite seats, valves, faucets and seals of various joints respecting the dimensions and tolerances given on the request for work or the Intervention file provided by EDF,

- on-site, machining and lapping with portable machines (SERCO type, LARSLAP and others), used on valves, on capacity seal surfaces, extrusions of seized studs, installation of threads reported ...

Boiler making:

- cutting steel and stainless steel sheets on hydraulic shears, manual or oxytome table,

- solders and cutting by oxycutting,

- grinding, drilling, tapping, bending,

- assembly or repair by welding "TIG" / "ARC" on tools and various parts,

- reloading,

- flow of profiled bars using disc, ribbon or alternative saws,

- coin punching.

Manufacture of joints and braids according to note 003861:

- manufacture of fittings (braids), for taps and rotating machines,

- preforming if necessary,

- manufacture of flat gaskets using electric or manual cutters,

- management and classification of braids and joints manufacturing requests.
