The subject of the proceedings is the supply of disk arrays, in accordance with Annex 1 to the contract.

The subject of the contract, referred to in paragraph 1, should be delivered and commissioned in accordance with Annex 1 to the contract at the indicated headquarters of the Wielkopolska OW NFZ in Poznań or the backup Data Processing Center in Toruń.

The contract is not divided into lots because the subject of the contract is uniform and should be treated as a whole. The Contracting Authority does not have the economic, practical or technical possibilities to separate selected parts of the contract as operating separately.

The subject of the contract is the supply of disk arrays, in accordance with Annex 1 to the contract.
