1. The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood as well as nursery, seed production, meadow and agricultural management, maintenance of educational and tourist facilities to be carried out in the Złotoryja Forest District in 2023.

2. The Contractor shall be bound by the offer for 90 days from the date of expiry of the deadline for submitting tenders, i.e. until 06.02.2022.

3. The proceedings shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), (3) to (4) of the PZP.

4.The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract, consisting of the repetition of services compatible with the services constituting the subject of the contract. orders shall not exceed 50% of the value of this order.
