The procurement will focus on basic health care supplies and measuring and research tools for primary health care. The procurement comprises areas belonging to the previous procurement of HUS Logistics (HUS 209-2019 / Primary health care supplies and measuring and research equipment), which were suspended in the procurement decision. The procurement also includes products that have not been involved in previous tenders. The procurement is divided into subdivisions. The numbering of the sub-areas follows the numbering of hus 209-2019 / Primary care supplies and measuring and research tools. The subject matter and aspects of the procurement are described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its annexes.
The products requested in this invitation to tender will be used: units of the Joint Municipal Authority of the Hospital District of Helsinki and Uusimaa, HUS member municipalities and cities (incl. Espoo's new hospital) as well as Eksote (South Karelia Joint Municipal Authority for Health and Social Services), Kymsote (Kymenlaakso Joint Municipal Authority for Medical And Social Services), PHHYKY (Päijät-Häme Welfare Municipality Consortium) and the City of Helsinki. In addition, the City of Espoo will rent primary health care measurement and research equipment purchased from HUS Logistics and can order equipment-related supplies itself within the framework of this agreement. The parties involved in this invitation to tender are hereinafter referred to as Subscriber.
The agreement is valid for a fixed period until 29 November 2025, after which it is valid until further notice.
The subject matter of the contract is divided independently of the items in section II.1.6. Formatting. Due to cloudia's structure, the procuring entity has described the different aspects of the procurement in a separate Excel price form. Due to the structure of cloudia, section 1.2. The option chosen for central procurement is: "The contract is awarded by a central purchasing body". As a clarification, HUS Logistics operates as a central purchasing unit for HUS. Hus cooperates with the other contracting entities involved as a procurement ring.
