The city of Bocholt is planning a new building on the grounds of the Clemens Dülmer primary school with approx. 2,250 sqm GFA for afternoon care, a canteen and other rooms such as differentiation rooms, inclusion rooms and classrooms for school operations and corresponding ancillary rooms. The requirements arising from inclusion should be fully taken into account.

The building should be 2, max. 3 storeys. A coordinated space program shall be made available to the contractor when the contract is awarded.

In addition, container facilities must be taken into account in the planning for the construction phase.

For the project, the basic services of service phases 1-6 (if necessary) and special services of structural engineering in accordance with §§ 51 and Annex 14 HOAI 2021 are hereby requested.

With regard to the scope of the required services, reference is made to the "Offer" form.

At least one planning in the 3D model is required, so that the complete collision planning from LP 3 onwards can be carried out with all specialist planners involved (electrical, HKSL, structural engineering, building physics). The exchange must take place via an IFC interface.

The construction project is to be assigned to fee zone III on the basis of the determining evaluation points.
