The subject of the contract are services commissioned by BGK consisting in the implementation and management of the Financial Instrument Loan for SMEs. Details on the type of projects that may be financed are included in the Financial Instrument Metric (Metric) constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter: PPU or the "Operating Agreement"). Lot 1 – includes the provision of services consisting in the implementation and management of the SME Loan Financial Instrument and the granting of Unit Loans with the parameters specified in the "Loan for SMEs Financial Instrument Metric", from the financial contribution of the Trust Fund made by the Contracting Authority to the Specific Fund in the total amount of PLN 16,000,000.00 supplemented by the Contractor's own contribution in the amount declared by the Contractor at the stage of the tender procedure (not lower than 5%). Under Part 1, the SME Loan will support at least 46 micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (including at least 14 enterprises introducing product or process innovations),

Lot 2 – includes the provision of services consisting in the implementation and management of the SME Loan Financial Instrument and the granting of Unit Loans with the parameters specified in the "Loan for SMEs Financial Instrument Metric", from the financial contribution of the Trust Fund made by the Contracting Authority to the Specific Fund in the total amount of PLN 14,000,000.00 supplemented by the Contractor's own contribution in the amount declared by the Contractor at the stage of the tender procedure (not lower than 5%). Under Lot 2, the SME Loan will support at least 41 micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (including at least 12 enterprises introducing product or process innovations),

Lot 3 – includes the provision of services consisting in the implementation and management of the SME Loan Financial Instrument and the granting of Individual Loans with the parameters specified in the "Loan for SMEs Financial Instrument Metric", from the financial contribution of the Trust Fund made by the Contracting Authority to the Specific Fund in the total amount of PLN 12,000,000.00 supplemented by the Contractor's own contribution in the amount declared by the Contractor at the stage of the tender procedure (not lower than 5%). Under Lot 3, the SME Loan will support at least 35 micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (including at least 10 enterprises introducing product or process innovations),

Part 4 – includes the provision of services consisting in the implementation and management of the Loan for Innovation Financial Instrument and the granting of Individual Loans with the parameters specified in the "Loan for SMEs Financial Instrument Metric", from the financial contribution of the Trust Fund made by the Contracting Authority to the Specific Fund in the total amount of PLN 10,000,000.00 supplemented by the Contractor's own contribution in the amount declared by the Contractor at the stage of the tender procedure (not less than 5%). Under Lot 4, the SME Loan will support at least 29 micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (including at least 8 SMEs introducing product or process innovations),

Lot 5 – includes the provision of services consisting in the implementation and management of the SME Loan Financial Instrument and the granting of Individual Loans with the parameters specified in the "Loan for SMEs Financial Instrument Metric", from the financial contribution of the Trust Fund made by the Contracting Authority to the Specific Fund in the total amount of PLN 8,000,000.00 supplemented by the Contractor's own contribution in the amount declared by the Contractor at the stage of the tender procedure (not lower than 5%). Under Lot 5, the SME Loan will support at least 23 micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (including at least 6 enterprises introducing product or process innovations).
