1 The aim/scope of the assignment

1.1 Award authority

Helse Midt Norge RHF invites suppliers to an open tender contest for framework agreements for the procurement of reagents and consumables to the Autostainer in use at Molde Hospital and St Olav's Hospital.

Helse Midt Norge RHF (organisation number 983 658,776) is award authority, but the procurement includes health authorities shown below. If there is a restructuring of the health authorities during the agreement period, the successor for the specified health authority can use the contract.

This agreement covers the supply of products to:

— St. Olavs Hospital HF organisation number: 883 974 832),

—— Logistikk & Forsyning, Heggstadmoen 51, NO-7080 Heimdal(including the Orkdal and Røros branches),

— Helse Møre og Romsdal HF (organisation number: 997 005 562),

—— Molde Sjukehus, Parkveien 84, NO-6407 Molde.

1.2 The aim/scope of the assignment:

The purpose of this procurement is to obtain products for carrying out immunohisto-chemistry, preparation and detection system which detects antigens in cells / tissues, ensures good morphological identification, and classifies the tissue structure and disease processes.

Estimated annual value of the agreement is 4 200 000 NOK excluding VAT.

The framework agreement(s) is for a 1 –one- year period, with an option to extend the contract for up to 1 + 1 years. The contract period runs from the day of contract signing.

Products and numbers are described in attachment B2, Price and Product form.

When there is a need for antibodies or other additional products from supplier, which are not covered by the tender, it is desirable that supplier offers a discount on the current list price (discount will not be given weight in the evaluation).

If supplier arranges user meetings, we require information about this (will not be given weight in the evaluation).
