Project management mission for the requalification of Libercourt town center, for work estimated at 5,660,000 EUR excluding tax. This is a basic mission which includes the mission elements: DIAG - ESQ - APS - APD - PRO - AMT - VISA - DET - AOR, as well as the following additional missions: OPC, realization of the planning permission , including the specifications for land cessions, the realization / constitution of environmental authorizations, the realization of a management plan as part of the site requalification plan and the realization of the EQRS, the realization of the analysis residual risks, and completion of the work design plan.
