1. The scope of the contract includes the preparation of documentation for the construction of bicycle paths in the Połaniec commune, along municipal, poviat, provincial and national roads and after the crown of the embankment, including:

Part 1: red path (length about 6.5 km);

Part 2: pink path (length about 14.7 km);

Part 3: green path (length about 6.1 km);

Part 4: blue path (length about 0.6 km);

2. The exact scope of the task is given in the "material scope of design works together with the list of obligations of the Contractor" which is an appendix to this SWZ, and in Chapter IV of the SWZ.

3. All bicycle paths along their entire length should be marked in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure 1 of 3 July 2003 on detailed technical conditions for road signs and signals and road safety devices and conditions for their placement on roads;

4. the length of the roads concerned is given with a tolerance of +/- 10%;

5. the routes of the planned bicycle paths are shown in the graphic annex;

6. The contractor shall take into account accessibility requirements for persons with special needs, where required.

7. The Contracting Authority requires that for lot no. 1, the Contractor within three months of signing the contract provides concepts for dividing the part into sections due to the procedure for obtaining a permit for the construction of a bicycle path. The Contractor is to present, in meters and graphically, on which sections of a given Part what procedure will be used (e.g. traffic organization project, notification, construction project).

8. three runs of bicycle paths: red, pink and green overlap in the projection on a section of about 750m along DK79 – the implementation of this section belongs to the scope of part 1: red path; in terms of the implementation of pink and green paths, there is inclusion in the red bicycle path designed as part of the route;

9. The scope of the task includes the execution of a construction project for a footbridge over the Black River along the red route along the national road No. 79.

Order completion date:

a) I stage of the implementation of the subject of the contract: by April 17, 2024. Stage I includes the execution of construction projects and obtaining for individual sections of the bicycle path:

- an approved traffic organisation project,

- notification of execution of construction works,

- building permits in the ZRID formula, for which there was no construction or reconstruction of the existing road along which the path is led,

excluding places of crossing watercourses or rivers where a water permit will be required (these as separate studies in stage II).

b) Stage II of the implementation of the subject of the contract: by the end of 2024. Stage II includes the implementation of construction projects and obtaining building permits for individual sections of the bicycle path:

- in which there are passages through watercourses or rivers requiring obtaining water permits,

- sections in which there is a need to build/reconstruct a public road in the ZRID formula.

• for about 600m reconstruction of the existing road in the ZRID formula, included in the category of municipal roads (366117T), which does not meet the parameters: width of the road lane (about 5m) and existing asphalt (about 3.5m), lack of space for a sidewalk and bicycle path;

• for about 900m of reconstruction of the existing road in the ZRID formula, included in the category of municipal roads (366112T), which does not meet the parameters: width of the road lane (about 4m) and existing asphalt (about 2.5m), lack of space for a sidewalk and bicycle path;

• for about 1100m construction of a road in the ZRID formula in the trace of dirt roads with a width of a road strip of about 2-3m, included in the category of municipal roads (366114T and 366112T).

• the scope of the pink path will have to be supplemented by the renovation of the footbridge in accordance with the scope of renovation attached by the Investor prepared for the review of the five-year bridge structure;
