Framework agreement for the conclusion of various insurance policies for the city of Wervik, OCMW Wervik and Woon- en Zorgbedrijf Wervik.

The contract is divided into two lots:

- a separate parcel with insurance services from the city of Wervik and OCMW Wervik,

- a separate parcel with insurance services from Woon- en Zorgbedrijf Wervik.

This assignment is reserved for insurers, without the intervention of intermediaries.

Liability and accidents city of Wervik and OCMW Wervik.

1. Accidents at work in the city of Wervik and OCMW Wervik;

2. Physical accidents municipal councilors / OCMW councilors incl. Members of the special social service committee (= BCSD);

3. Physical accidents members of various advisory councils, working groups and committees of the city of Wervik and OCMW Wervik;

4. Physical accidents association workers city of Wervik and OCMW Wervik;

5. General civil liability and legal assistance (operation, after delivery and professional liability) for the city of Wervik and OCMW Wervik;

6. Objective liability in case of fire and explosion of city buildings and PCSW;

7. Civil liability of local representatives of the city of Wervik and OCMW Wervik;

8. Civil liability and LO - various extracurricular activities (city of Wervik);

9. Civil liability and LO - municipal administrative sanctions (City of Wervik);

10. Civil liability private life for asylum seekers and crisis reception (OCMW);

11. Civil liability and out-of-school childcare (OCMW);

12. Civil liability and LO educational, cultural and recreational activities and guided physical activity (PCSW);

13. Civil liability and LO study counseling (OCMW);

14. Damage due to accident, illness and contamination due to organized voluntary work (OCMW);

15. Civil liability and physical accidents - children's afternoons in the neighborhood center De Kier (OCMW).

2. All risks of permanent residence of art objects of all kinds;

2. bodily accidents councilors and delegate members of the General Assembly;

3. General Civil Liability and Legal Assistance (operation, after delivery and professional liability);

4. objective liability in case of fire and explosion of buildings;

5. directors' liability for directors in law and in fact;

6. civil liability and LO educational, cultural and recreational activities and guided physical activity activities;

7. damage due to accident, illness or contamination due to organized voluntary work.
