NHS Dumfries and Galloway are seeking a Private Sector Partner to participate and invest in a new District General Hospital. The Project will involve the design, build, finance and maintenance of a new District General Hospital with an estimated cost range of 180-200 million GBP. This will be delivered under the Scottish Government's Non-Profit Distributing (NPD) model which is the form of public-private partnership preferred by the Scottish Government.
