Performing Maintenance (preventive and corrective) on Electrical and Mechanical installations. The work to be carried out and services to be provided by the Tenderer are aimed at maintaining and improving the long-term quality and maintaining the good condition of the various Electrical and Mechanical installations.

On the main lines, the assignment consists of:

• Performing preventive maintenance on (all) E&W installations present at the contract start date, as indicated under the tab "Asset Regular Maintenance" in Appendix 6 Price list EA Maintenance E&W. See also Appendix 4 Technical specifications for further requirements;

• Performing corrective maintenance at the request (after order) of the Municipality;

• Drawing up a thorough planning in which the Tenderer lays down the working method and procedures for preventive maintenance;

• Major maintenance/replacement maintenance and individual assignments.

The Municipality maximizes the total size of this Regular and Major Maintenance Assignment (initial term incl. renewal options) at € 22 million
