1. The subject of the contract is the supply of cereal, leguminous and potato products to military units and field training centers in accordance with the assortment and quantity list contained in Chapter IV – "Description of parts of the contract" of the Terms of Reference and in the "Offer Form"
Acting Annex 1 to the SWZ.
2. The offered subject of the contract must comply with the standards (or equivalent) indicated by the Contracting Authority and the requirements specified in detail in the "Description of the subject of the contract" constituting Appendix No. 6 to the Terms of Reference.
