The assignment concerns the delivery, maintenance and management of an e-HRM information system and additional services.

The starting point is an optimal and stable salary processing for several organizations and various collective labor agreements, whereby the (current) paper flow is digitized as much as possible (recording data at the source) and whereby the four-eyes principle is easy to handle.

The contracting authority is looking for an e-HRM information system that integrates with our processes and other systems. The desired e-HRM information system is future-proof and can be adapted to changes, such as legislation and regulations.

The tender concerns a public procedure for the supply, maintenance and management of an e-HRM information system and additional services. This will be awarded on the basis of the best price-quality ratio.
