Description:

Preparation of construction inventory of properties belonging to FSUSR

1. The subject of the contract is to prepare the construction inventory of FSUSR properties - for the following parts of the order:

Part 1 — in Białystok

Part 2 — in Horyńk-Zdrój

Part 3 — in Kolobrzeg

Part 4 — in Opole

Part 5 — in Świnoujście

2. The inventory will also contain all structures located on the territory of the plots

/properties covered by inventory.

3. The properties are spread throughout the country and is owned by the Farmers Social Insurance Contributive Fund.

4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex 2 to PPU.

5. The contractor for the correct implementation of the selected part will provide designers of the construction and construction industry.

6. The Contractor is obliged to execute the contract under the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and the PPU together with the annexes constituting Chapter III of the SWZ.
