The municipality of Mynämäki is asking for tenders for student transport for the academic years 2023–2024 and 2024–2025. In addition, an option will be attached to the acquisition for the academic years 2025–2026 and 2026–2027.
The target of the procurement is school transports within the municipality of Mynämäki and to or from nearby municipalities. The targets of the invitation to tender are the school transport of pupils in grades 1–9 of pre-primary and basic education in the municipality of Mynämäki, the transport of after-school activities and errands during the school day. The number of transported pupils in the municipality is about 250 pupils per year.

The customer arranges student transport primarily using existing liner traffic. If the route or timetable for liner traffic is not suitable for school trips for a student who has received a positive school transport decision, or if another criterion for granting the customer's school transport is fulfilled, the student's school transport will be arranged as a charter.
In addition, preschool transport is combined with school transport. There are also self-paying students on the routes of buses that handle school transport.

Based on the information provided by the client, the service provider plans the routes, excluding the established routes of the buses (Subdivisions 1a-c) and the routes of the call taxi service (subdivision 8). There are also self-paying customers on the bus routes. The routes of the buses are described in subdivision-specific Annexes 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3. Invitation taxi transportThe call taxi service operates in the municipality of Mynämäki on the lines and schedules specified in Appendix 6.
The call taxi may deviate from the basic route if the passenger's health makes it difficult to get to the stop. A bus fee is charged for the trips. The operator credits the collected payments in its monthly invoicing to the municipality. All routes are invitational and are ordered in advance.
If necessary, call taxis can drive to Mynämäki Health Centre.

2 Taxi services of the station schoolSchool starts at Asema school, Opintie 35, at 9 or 9.55 a.m. and ends on the hour at 12-2 p.m., except for the last hour which ends at 2.45 p.m.
At the station school, most of the transports are carried in the afternoons. Transports are to Kylätalo Mietola for afternoon activities.

3 Karelian school taxi trafficSchool starts at Karelian School, Karjalankyläntie 114, at 9 a.m. and ends at 1 p.m., 2 p.m. or 2:45 p.m. Depending on the timetables and place of residence, some pupils may be able to use the Karelian bus in the afternoons.

4 Lauri's school taxi servicesLauri's school has a primary and secondary school. The address of the school is Toimistotie 3. School starts at 8:20 a.m. and the day ends at 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:15 p.m. or 3:05 p.m.
The timetables for the small classes in the primary school are not confirmed until just before the start of the school year. The timetables of the primary school vary greatly in terms of afternoons. Lauri's primary school transports are mainly taxi transports. In addition, disabled transport (2 pupils) is required here.
