The contracting authority buys and sells butter in the context of public intervention under Regulations (EU) No 1308/2013, (EU) No 1370/2013, (EU) 2016/1238 and (EU) 2016/1240.

The purpose of this public contract is to appoint one tenderer with one or more cold stores in Flanders, who comply with the technical regulations listed in these specifications, to store the goods purchased by the contracting authority, as long as the European Commission does not decide to store put butter back on the market.

The contracting authority buys and sells skimmed milk powder under public intervention pursuant to Regulations (EU) No 1308/2013, (EU) No 1370/2013, (EU) 2016/1238 and (EU) 2016/1240.

The purpose of this public contract is to designate one tenderer with one or more warehouses in Flanders, which comply with the technical requirements set out in this contract documents, to store the goods purchased by the contracting authority until the European Commission has not decides to return the stored batches of skimmed milk powder to the market.
