The subject of the procedure is the delivery - including assembly and integration into the IoT (Internet of Things) platform of the city of Duisburg - of sensors for the recording of weather data, traffic flows, local emission loads and condition data at the locations specified in the functional service description. This includes an independent position analysis of the bidder for the exact arrangement and number of sensors in the individual areas. A maintenance contract is intended to ensure proper functioning over the project period of 8 years.
The entire solution consisting of hardware and software must become the property of the Client and be able to be operated beyond the project period. Since this is a call for tenders as part of a funded project, no cloud or subscription solutions (SaaS) are possible.
