DCMR Milieudienst Rijnmond regularly uses expertise on a hiring basis. This concerns employees who do not have an appointment, but are hired for a temporary period. Temporary employees are deployed when there is a need for specific expertise or capacity, which is not available internally. It concerns the hiring of temporary workers for general functions (project and process supporting, administrative, secretarial) from scale 5 to function scale 8.
