This consultation concerns partial or complete project management missions for studies and repair and maintenance work on metal nozzles on the motorway network granted to the Autoroutes Estérel Côte d'Azur Provence Alpes (ESCOTA) company.

This framework agreement is a multi-contractor, follow-on framework agreement.

The services may include design studies for different repair solutions, main mission elements and complementary missions as listed below, in particular:

• EP: Preliminary studies;

• AVP: preparation of the Preliminary Project File (AVP).

• PRO: preparation of the PROJECT file;

• DCE: Consultation File for Construction Companies;

• ACT: Assistance in the awarding of Works Contracts;

• VISA: Endorsement of execution documents;

• DET: Department for the Execution of Works Contracts;

• OPC: scheduling, coordination and management in the design and construction phase;

• AOR: Assistance with Operations prior to Acceptance and Perfect Completion;

• GPA: Assistance in the follow-up of the Guarantee of Perfect Completion;

COMPLEMENTARY MISSIONS:

• ECI: Complementary Investigative Studies,

• ASBC: assistance with risk management and budget and accounting monitoring

• IPE: Interface with external projects

• CMP: coordination of individual project managers

• EPE: production of regulatory files (including water law files)

• CEXT: mission to assist in the designation of external controls, monitoring and management.
