The subject of the contract is the development of the VMware virtualization environment – delivery of licenses with basic support from the manufacturer for a period of 36 months from the date of license delivery. Within the scope of the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party requires the delivery of software indicated in the OPZ or equivalent products meeting the equivalence requirements.
