The purpose of the consultation is to subscribe to a participation agreement concerning the supplementary coverage of the incumbents, trainees or non-holders of public or private law who would be interested in joining.

This agreement must comply with the principles of solidarity laid down by Decree No 2011-1474 of 8.11.2011

The agreement is underwritten as an optional open group contract.
