By means of this tender, the municipality aims to arrive at two Framework Agreements with two Contractors for the provision of and management of rights of use with regard to lot 1 as of 1 December 2023. The aim of this call for tenders is to conclude two framework agreements. As a result, the municipality of Eindhove is obliged to assign a maximum contract value to the agreements. For a term of four years, based on the above data, this value will be €6.2 million. However, the municipality of Eindhoven also has the option to extend current software agreements and have the invoice flow go through the parties to be contracted. What value this entails cannot be determined in advance, so the maximum value is estimated at € 15 million. The estimated financial size of this assignment is partly estimated on the basis of the current purchase at the current broker. The financial size through this broker amounts to approximately € 1.6 million per year. The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement. As a result, the municipality of Eindhove is obliged to assign a maximum contract value to the agreements. For a term of four years, based on the above data, this value will be € 6.4 million.

Since the agreement to be concluded must be classified as a Framework Agreement within the meaning of the Public Procurement Act, it will be concluded for a maximum value of 150% of the aforementioned amount, in order to prevent the estimated value from being exceeded before the duration of the Framework Agreement has expired.
