1) The subject of the contract is the delivery on the basis of a contract of sale of two brand new
electric cars, i.e. using only electricity accumulated by

connection to an external power source, structurally adapted for right-hand traffic, with
left-hand drive, produced no earlier than 2023.
(a) a multi-purpose lorry or van powered by an electric motor having a power of not less than
90 kW;
(b)a VAN lorry or panel van, powered by an electric motor of not less than 100 kW.
2) The subject of the contract must be executed in a manner consistent with the provisions allowing for
use in the European Union and meet the technical conditions set out in the provisions of applicable law
Republic of Poland.
(3) Vehicles previously registered or used for demonstration purposes shall not be permitted
or bearing traces of use.
Delivery of a brand new multi-purpose truck or VAN, powered by an electric motor with a power of not less than 90 kW.1) The subject of the contract is the delivery on the basis of a contract of sale of a brand new car
electrical, i.e. using only electricity accumulated by connection for propulsion
to an external power source, structurally adapted for right-hand traffic, with steering wheel
left side, produced no earlier than 2023.
2) The subject of the contract must be executed in a manner consistent with the provisions allowing for
use in the European Union and meet the technical conditions set out in the provisions of applicable law
Republic of Poland.
(3) A vehicle previously registered or used for demonstration purposes shall not be permitted
or bearing traces of use.
4) The material and financial scope of the contract includes:
a) delivery of the car to the Ordering Party's headquarters and performance of the operational test,
b) training of 2 drivers in the use of the delivered vehicle,
c) transfer of guarantee documents for the vehicle,
d) performance of other obligations under the concluded sales contract.
