700 windows are concerned. The work will be carried out on an occupied site and will first require the removal of asbestos from the frames and glazing whose joints are asbestos.
The provisional financial envelope for the operation is 1,700,000 EUR excluding tax.
In this context, the CNC wishes to be accompanied by Project Management Assistance (AMOA), to consolidate its program and support it in the design of the project, in particular on the administrative, technical and financial aspects, as well as, where applicable, on the execution of the project. The change of chassis is scheduled for summer 2023. Depending on the scenario chosen, it is possible that the work will be spread over two periods: a first wave in summer 2023 and the second in summer 2024.
