49GSSH Lot N403 Ventilation

On behalf of STESAD GmbH, a new single-field sports hall is to be built at the school site of the 49th primary school in Dresden and then the renovation of the existing sports hall with the renewal of the outdoor facilities is to be realized.

As part of the 1st construction phase (new construction of a single-field sports hall), lot N403 - ventilation technology is put out to tender with the following services:

1 pc HVAC central unit with counterflow heat exchanger and control, 1 pc central HVAC unit with rotary heat exchanger and control, approx. 130m² air duct and fittings, approx. 180m spiral seam pipe DN100-DN400, insulation of exhaust air and outside air with rubber, insulation of main pipes supply air and outside air with mineral wool, approx. 30 pcs ceiling air outlets, approx. 26 pcs supply/exhaust air valves, approx. 8 pcs ball-proof ventilation grilles, approx. 36 pcs. silencer, approx. 12 pcs constant volume flow controller, approx. 6 pcs fire dampers with motor drive, 2 pcs ventilation towers, 2 pcs outside air/exhaust air hood;

Maintenance of the system to be erected during the limitation period for claims for defects (4-year warranty) in accordance with §13 VOB/B will be put out to tender. The prices offered for maintenance are included in the evaluation for 4 years.
