Framework Agreement on Translation Assignments to the Health Board.

— Contracting entities (hereafter SST) need assistance in translating texts, speaking and subtitles for films in a total of 15 languages:
Arabic, Bosnian/Serbo-Croatian, English, Farsi, Faroese, Greenlandic, Kurdish, Polish, Romanian, Somali, Spanish, Tigrinya, Turkish, German and Urdu.
The scope of the texts to be translated varies widely and can range from a few pages to, in some cases, 10-20 pages. A larger material should be expected for English translations, for example when translating a report or similar. At any time, the supplier must be able to translate 4 pages per day in a minimum of 5 of the listed languages within 48 hours of the assignment being ordered. One page is characterized by being 10 words per line and 30 lines per page., i.e., 300 words per page.
The scope of the films to be translated, including speak and subtitles, will vary greatly in the duration of the film. However, films are expected as a starting point to have a duration of approximately 2-3 minutes.
— Based on the consumption of the last 2 years, SST has estimated that the Framework Agreement has an expected annual value of approximately 1.5 million. DKK.
— The supplier is obliged to provide the services covered by the Framework Agreement under the terms indicated. The services covered by the Framework Agreement are detailed in Annex 1 to the Framework Agreement, including requirements for quality assurance, proofing, database, etc.
