1. The subject of the contract is the provision of buffet and catering services to the National Prosecutor's Office.

2. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in the Draft Contract - Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ and Detailed description of the subject of the contract - Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ (Annex No. 1 to the Draft Contract).

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of buffet and catering services to the National Prosecutor's Office, i.e.:

1) buffet services, which will consist in providing and organizing food (preparing and serving meals) at the headquarters of the National Prosecutor's Office and will be provided in an employee buffet leased from the Ordering Party,

2) catering services, which will consist in providing and organizing, appropriate to the rank of the event, catering (preparing and serving meals) and will be provided in an employee buffet leased from the Ordering Party (or made available by him), referred to above, or on the premises of the Headquarters of the National Prosecutor's Office or in another place indicated by the Ordering Party in Warsaw during trainings conducted by the National Prosecutor's Office, conferences and other events.

2. All meals as part of buffet services must be prepared on site in rooms leased from the Ordering Party and the Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of delivering ready meals. In connection with the preparation of meals as part of buffet or catering services, the Ordering Party does not allow the use of the so-called improvers, preservatives and "accelerators". During the implementation of the Agreement, the Contractor will use the devices on the buffet equipment owned by the National Prosecutor's Office and use its own equipment and dishes.

3. Contractors who want to participate in the proceedings in question must obligatorily undergo a local inspection and take part in a meeting with the Ordering Party at the place of service provision before submitting the offer within the time limit indicated by the Ordering Party. Lack of participation in the on-site visit will be grounds for rejecting the offer.

5. The Ordering Party reserves the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key parts of the contract. The concept of the key subject of the contract should be understood as the personal provision of a service in the field of cooking / preparation of meals at the Ordering Party's headquarters (Postępu 3, 02-676 Warsaw). Therefore, the Ordering Party does not allow the participation of Subcontractors in this part of the contract.
