The purpose of the contract is to designate an external worker prevention and protection service (SEPPT) of the CPAS of Soignies and the ASBL le Quinquet.
This SEPPT is divided into two sections.
One is the “medical surveillance” section which covers pre-employment visits, periodic medical visits, medical visits following a return to work after at least four weeks of absence, spontaneous consultations, pregnancy separations. and breastfeeding, examinations as part of reintegration journeys.
The other is the “risk management” section, which targets complementary services linked to legally defined missions (such as: updating of workers 'lists, updating of workers' signs, provision of statistics, organization of training, etc.) and the implementation of a well-being at work policy (risk management), in particular through collaboration with SIPPT (annual visit to the premises) and participation in consultation committees basic.
This market concerns all the workers' agents, employees and care staff of the Public Center for Social Action in Health Care (except the persons placed at the disposal of the CHR of Haute Senne) as well as the members of the ASBL Le Quinquet.

With regard to this contract, the tenderer will refer in particular to the law of 4.8.1996 relating to the well-being of workers during the performance of their work as well as to the code of well-being at work.
Particular attention will be paid to the planned collaboration between the contracting authority, SIPPT and SEPPT.
