The purpose of the tender is the procurement of a SPECT dual-head camera/gamma camera (SPECT system) for use in the Nuclear Medicine Clinic and Polyclinic at the Carl Gustav Carus Dresden University Hospital.
The purpose of the tender is the procurement of a SPECT dual-head camera/gamma camera (SPECT system) for use in the Nuclear Medicine Clinic and Polyclinic at the Carl Gustav Carus Dresden University Hospital.
The services to be provided essentially include the following:
- delivery and installation of the device/system;
- Installation/installation/assembly of the device/system at the installation/operating site;
- connection to the (building services) media required to operate the device/system;
- Connecting the system/device to the UKD's HIS ORBIS/of the client, including the necessary software and hardware;
- Connecting the system/device to the RIS/PACS of the UKD/client, including the necessary software and hardware (DICOM interface);
- Integration of all network-compatible components into the clinical-wide TCP/IP network and its infrastructure;
- commissioning; electrical safety test;
- declaration of operational readiness;
- functional test (s), test run;
- Handing over the fully functional and operational device/system including all accessories required for operation;
- Operating manual/ accompanying documents or device documents in German or English as an electronic document in PDF format;
- Instructing and training MTRA, doctors and medical technology personnel;
- liability for defects/warranty;
- Disassembly/removal, collection and removal of the legacy system/device currently installed and still in operation, as well as its proper utilisation/disposal (including providing proof of this).
The requirements for the device/system/ components/ products and other services are listed in the “Notes on the procurement procedure and service description” including systems (in particular the Appendix 1 - specification of services).
The performance must be carried out in accordance with the “Notes on the procurement procedure and description of services”, including equipment. The General Terms and Conditions of the Carl Gustav Carus Dresden University Hospital at TU Dresden (Appendix 4), the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions for the Execution of Services (“VOL/B”; in the version of Au-Gust 05, 2003) apply in addition, which are governed by the Additional Terms and Conditions for Delivery and Service contracts of the University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus Dresden at TU Dresden (Appendix 5) can be supplemented or specified, as well as the regulations of the Civil Code as amended at the time of award.
