This framework agreement concerns the establishment, implementation, operation and monitoring of the permanent observatory system for the individual public of the Musée du quai Branly - Jacques Chirac. This framework agreement is single-awarding and not alloti. It is concluded: - at an overall and fixed price according to the breakdown of the global and fixed price (Dpgf), presented in Annex 1 to the deed of commitment. - Partly at unit prices, the prices of which are derived from the unit price schedule (BPU) presented in Annex 2 to the deed of commitment, without minimum amount, but with a maximum amount of 20,000 euros HT over its entire duration, including renewals.
