The subject of the contract includes the delivery of brand new electric company cars for the Enea CG Companies, divided into the following tasks:

Task 1 - The subject of the contract includes the delivery of electric trucks for Enea Operator Sp. z o. o. with N1 type approval without specialist body with a GVW up to 3.5 t, VAN type, 2 or 3 persons - 6 items (with the option right)

Task 2 - The subject of the contract includes the delivery of electric passenger cars for Enea Operator Sp. z o. o. with M1 approval with a GVW up to 3.5 tons. 4 or 5 persons - 6 items (with the option right)

Task 3 - The subject of the contract includes the delivery of brand new electric company cars in the form of operational leasing for GK Enea companies with M1 type approval with GVW up to 3.5 tons. 4 or 5 persons - 7 pcs.

Task 4 - The subject of the contract includes the delivery of brand new electric trucks for Enea Serwis Sp. z o. o. with N1 approval without specialized bodies with a GVW of up to 3.5 t, VAN, 2 or 3 type

The subject of the contract includes the delivery of electric trucks for Enea Operator Sp. z o. o. with N1 type approval without specialist body with a GVW up to 3.5 t, VAN type, 2 or 3 persons - 6 items (with the option right)

The subject of the contract for task 1 includes:

1. Basic order (hereinafter also referred to as: "Basic order"),

2. Optional order (hereinafter also referred to as "Option right").

3. By basic order the Purchaser understands the delivery of 5 electric trucks. The contracting authority may increase the number of electric trucks by 20% (1 item).

4. The option right includes the delivery of electric trucks in an amount not exceeding 20% of the Basic Order, ie in an amount not exceeding 1 item.

The subject of the contract includes the supply of electric passenger cars for Enea Operator Sp. z o. o. with M1 approval with a GVW up to 3.5 tons. 4 or 5 persons - 6 items (with the option right)

The subject of the order in the scope of task 2 includes:

1. Basic order (hereinafter also referred to as: "Basic order"),

2. Optional order (hereinafter also referred to as "Option right").

3. By basic order the Purchaser understands the delivery of 5 electric passenger cars. The contracting authority may increase the number of electric passenger cars by 20% (1 item).

4. The option right includes the delivery of electric passenger cars in an amount not exceeding 20% of the Basic Order, ie in an amount not exceeding 1 item.

The subject of the contract includes the delivery of brand new electric company cars in the form of operational leasing for GK Enea companies with M1 approval with a GVW up to 3.5 tons. 4 or 5 persons - 7 pcs.

The subject of the contract includes the delivery of brand new electric trucks for Enea Serwis Sp. z o. o. with N1 type approval without specialist body with a GVW up to 3.5 t, VAN type, 2 or 3 persons - 1 item
