The subject of the contract is the preparation of complete design documentation for the renovation and thermomodernization of the tenement house in the scope of renovation along with the heating of the façade and roof and replacement of window joinery, renovation of balconies, staircase and cellars, at 43 Prądzyńskiego Street, plot no. 85/5, AM-9, precinct South, along with obtaining all necessary documents and arrangements by the Contractor's own efforts, obtaining a building permit enabling the implementation of construction works being the subject of the Documentation. The subject of the contract includes:
design documentation and other necessary studies understood as the sum of design solutions, collectively referred to as the Documentation and the transfer of proprietary copyrights to the documentation (Stage I)
performing author's supervision during the implementation of works covered by the developed design documentation (Stage II).
A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the obligations of the parties are specified in the draft provisions of the contract and guidelines for the development of documentation (constituting annexes to the SWZ). The subject of the contract includes the preparation of complete design documentation regarding the renovation and thermomodernization of a multi-family residential building, in particular: renovation with thermomodernization of the roof, renovation of the front façade along with the replacement of basement window joinery, staircase and attic, renovation with thermomodernization of the rear façade, replacement of basement window joinery, staircase and attic, replacement of door joinery, renovation of balconies, renovation of staircase, renovation of the staircase, renovation electrical installation of common parts, including lightning protection installation, if necessary, preparation of a ventilation project, at 43 Prądzyńskiego Street in Wrocław, Plot No.: 85/5, AR 9 precinct South,
The object referred to above is located in the area of the historical spatial and historical layout of the urban layout of Przedmieście Oławskie – a district of the city of Wrocław. Conservation protection under the MPZP. in Wroclaw
The Contractor's obligations in the scope of performance of the subject of the contract include, in particular:
Updating the multi-branch inventory of the building, in particular the existing installations and making the necessary open-pit mines along with securing the place and restoring it to its original state,
Development of full chimney sweep expertise for all premises
Inventory of electrical installation of common parts
Creating a map for design purposes / base map
Preparation of an update of the technical opinion of the building taking into account the planned renovation of the building,
Development of a design concept containing a proposal for the façade color design along with the replacement of windows of common parts,
Preparation of Documentation in accordance with applicable law, including the Construction Law and the Public Procurement Law, in particular in accordance with the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional and utility program
