Nordland County invites tenderers to an open tender contest regarding a 2 year contract for travel agency services. Option for 1 + 1 year extension.

The contract will include:

— booking/travel advice during office hours, by telephone or email,

— travel assistance — 24 hours travel assistance in case of cancellations, delays and rebooking (can be provided in co-operation with a third party),

— a online portal for booking transport and accommodations,

— statistics and reports.

Nordland County shall have a system for travel bookers (secretariats that book travels and accommodations on behalf of others).

In the longer term other activities may also use the systems for booking.
