The aim of this tender is to arrive at a framework agreement with one (1) party that can supply several A brands of workplace equipment, including related services, on terms that are most favorable to the contracting authority. The related services relate to relieving the AHK with regard to the registration and configuration of hardware, so that it can be used within the AHK as quickly as possible, with a minimum of manual actions by the supplier or the ICT department.

The Contractor is expected to provide all necessary workplace equipment, related peripherals, software and related services.

The scope of the contract is estimated at approximately EUR 1,000,000 over four years.
