Tender on the installation task, call center function and meter replacement systemWaterCenter Syds has initiated the process of replacing the current mechanical meters for electronic and remote reading meters at the utility's customers. In this context, VandCenter Syd wants to engage in a partnership with an external installer who can handle some of the replacements with customers.
The supplier becomes VandCenter South's representative to customers for a portion of the replacements, and therefore VandCenter Syd requests a supplier who can handle a call center and booking task for the supply, perform professional and regulatory installation of meters, but which is also willing to engage in close cooperation to deliver the best possible customer experience for installing the new water meters.
The task includes:
— Call centre handling and booking system with customer visitor booking use of meter replacement system
— Experience exchange with WaterCenter South on customer management optimization
— Pickup of new water meters and related equipment and material on Vandværksvej 7 and transport to the installation addresses
— Dropping existing water meters on Vandværksvej 7
— Cooperation with VandCenter South on customer inquiries in fm. Customer Visit.
