The target of the acquisition is the property management, cleaning and property management services required by Ruovesi Municipality and Ruoveden Asunnot Oy. The property management and cleaning tasks are subdivided into one (1) and the property manager (2). The municipality of Ruovesi owns, directly or through its municipal corporation Ruoveden Asunnot Oy, individual condominiums and a number of properties that are leased to residents. These are terraced and apartment buildings located in the center of Ruovesi, Murolee, Ruhala and Visuvesi. Most of the properties were built in the 1970s and 1980s, some older and the rest in the 1990s or early 2000s. The occupancy rate of the apartments is about 90%.
Ruovesi Municipality is acquiring property management and cleaning services for these terraced and apartment buildings owned by Ruoveden Asunnot Oy.
Ruovesi Municipality and Ruoveden Asunnot Oy are acquiring property management services for the properties they own. The property management services also include the tasks related to tenant management of the municipality of Ruovesi and Ruoveden Asunnot Oy, which are described in more detail in the tender documents. In addition, the property manager is responsible for exercising the authority of the Municipality of Ruovesi in respect of individual condominiums at board meetings and general meetings of these housing companies.
