The Provision of a Cardiac Rehabilitation Service purpose is to provide all patients who are 16 years and above who fulfil the referral criteria with a patient centred service which optimises their health and well-being, enhances quality of life and minimises the risk of recurrent cardiac events. The objectives for this Service are detailed in the Service Specification. The contract duration will be for 3 years with a Service Commencement date of 1.4.2017. The indicative annual value is 225 500 GBP. The Services to which this Procurement relates fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the tender process will be conducted as a single stage open process.
