The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration c/o NAV Finance and Management Division, the Procurement Division has held an open tender contest for the procurement of aids for controlling surroundings with accompanying services. It is the NAV technical aids centres that, through NAV Central Supply Unit, can make call-offs under the contract. It must be possible to deliver the products and services to all of the country's counties.
The aim of the procurement is to establish an assortment of aids for controlling surroundings, with a breadth that covers the majority of the needs of the relevant users. The procurement includes products, accessories, and spare parts for the following four main areas: Automation for doors, windows, and curtains, locking equipment, gate telephones, and remote control systems.
The procurement includes engineering design services, assembly, repairs, and disassembly of products from all four main areas.
It is a prerequisite that each tenderer can offer a product assortment that fulfils the minimum requirements for all four main areas, and, in addition, provide engineering design services, assembly, disassembly, and repairs for all of the offered products. It is a prerequisite that tenderers can deliver products, accessories, spare parts, and services for all of the country's counties.
Parallel framework agreements were entered into with 2 total suppliers. The distribution key is percentage distribution: The first ranked will get approx. 60% of product sales. The second ranked will get approx. 40 % of product sales.
