1. Sector contract award proceedings shall be carried out by unlimited tender under the provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019 (OJ item 2019 as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Pzp Act.
2. 3. Pursuant to Article 393(1)(4) of the PPL Act, the contracting authority shall reject an offer in which the share of products originating in the Member States of the European Union, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs or countries to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU apply pursuant to the Council Decision does not exceed 50%.
