The contract notice establishes a dynamic purchasing system. All candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be admitted to the dynamic purchasing system. Enrollment in the system does not bind the candidate. The candidate can choose which competitions to participate in the system. The approval of the candidates for the dynamic purchasing system is done by Tuomi Logistiikka Oy on behalf of Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy.

Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy invites candidates interested in purchasing to apply for participation in the dynamic procurement system for the management of outdoor areas. Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy arranges outdoor area management services for the City of Tampere properties located in the Tampere suburb. Spatial Services competes regionally for the management of the outdoor areas of approximately 100 sites among those involved in this system.

Contracts to be tendered will have a fixed duration of half a year, after which they will continue for an indefinite period. The aim of the farm services is to make the partnership obtained through competitive tendering lasting. The prerequisites for achieving this goal are not only quality but also good cooperation and willingness to develop outdoor care services with the customer. Spatial Services values customer-oriented activities that take into account the needs of the customers and the specifics of the properties.

The dynamic purchasing system is two-step. In the first phase, the dynamic purchasing system is established and in the second phase, the external management services included in the dynamic purchasing system are tendered out through internal tendering. Tenders will be held approximately once a year. The criteria for the overall economic advantage of sourcing under a dynamic purchasing system will be further specified in the call for tenders. All candidates who meet the eligibility criteria may join the dynamic purchasing system throughout its term and any candidate admitted to the dynamic purchasing system may submit a tender.

Note.! Enrollment in the system does not bind the candidate or oblige them to participate in the actual competition. However, joining is a prerequisite for participating in competitions. In addition, the eligibility criteria required by the procurement documents are required.
