Purchasing centre — Framework agreement for the supply of heating diesel, road and off-road diesel diesel and propane gas for the needs of the Province of Luxembourg and other interested contracting authorities in the Province of Luxembourg

Heating diesel must comply with the provisions of the Royal Decree of July 03, 2018 relating to the name and characteristics of diesel oil intended for heating.

Non-road diesel fuel (extra fuel oil) must comply with the Royal Decree of 08 July 2018 relating to the name and characteristics of diesel diesel and petrol.

It must meet one of the standards set out in Article 2 of the aforementioned Royal Decree.

Road diesel fuel in tanks must comply with the Royal Decree of 08 July 2018 relating to the denomination and characteristics of diesel diesel and petrol.

It must meet one of the standards set out in Article 2 of the aforementioned Royal Decree.

Supply of propane gas in tanks.
