The above-mentioned tenders of Facility Management Solution are conducted by Servicemegleren A/S on behalf of Sønderborg Heat A/S.

The tender shall be carried out as a limited tender under the Supplies Directive.

The task includes various facility services at a number of addresses at Sønderborg Heat.

The services are like the following:

- Cleaning

- Window polishing

- Green spaces

- Plant service

- Measurement Service

- Laundry and distribution

- Winter fighting

Suppliers should be thoroughly included in Annex B and, in particular, the stock information set out in Annex B, Section 7.

The assignment is not divided into sub-agreements.
